With thanks to Camillia Rees electromagnetichealth.org for arranging a wonderful tribute for Lloyd.

‘Long-time EMF scientists and advocates recently gathered in a ZOOM celebration of life for L. Lloyd Morgan of Berkeley, CA. Lloyd was a dedicated researcher as well as passionate activist over several decades exposing the biological harms of Radiofrequency Radiation.

An electronics engineer, Lloyd began researching the connection between electromagnetic fields and brain tumors after experiencing a grand mal seizure, leading to the diagnosis of a meningioma brain tumor, from which he fortunately recovered. He worked collaboratively with many researchers across the globe for well over two decades and was a Senior Research Fellow with Environmental Health Trust.

The gathering was organized by four groups: National Institute for Science, Law and Public Policy, Environmental Health Trust, Radiation Research Trust UK and the California Brain Tumor Association.

Many long-time EMF scientists and activists offered remembrances at the gathering, including:

Dr. Devra Davis of Environmental Health Trust; Eileen O’Connor of UK Radiation Research Trust; Ellie Marks of the California Brain Tumor Association; Camilla Rees of National Institute for Science, Law and Public Policy; Dr. Marc Arazi of Phone Gate Alert, France; Dr. Frank Barnes of the University of Colorado, Boulder; Dr. Fiorella Belpoggi of the Ramazzini Institute, Italy; Dr. Alvaro de Salles of Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Allegro, Brazil; Cece Doucette of Massachusetts for Safe Technology; Dr. Adamantia Fragkopoulou from the Karolinska Institute, Sweden; Sissel Halmoy of the International EMF Alliance, Norway; Dr. Lennart Hardell of Orebro University Hospital, Sweden; Josh Hart of Stop Smart Meters! in Portola, California; Professor Suleyman Kaplan of Ondokuz Mayis University, Turkey; Elizabeth Kelley of Electromagnetic Safety Alliance in Arizona and the International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields; Dr. Henry Lai of University of Washington; Dr. Wilhelm Mosgeller of the Medical University of Vienna; Dr. Joel Moskowitz of University of California, Berkeley; and Dr. Alasdair Philips of Powerwatch UK.
