The proposed installation would by virtue of its height, appearance and location have an overbearing impact upon nearby residents to the detriment of visual and residential amenity. It is

not considered that the proposals align with the aims of the NPPF, Policies STP4, UD1 and UD2 of the Liverpool Local Plan.
