5G Court of Appeal Hearing – 19th Feb 10.30am

Both the ICNIRP 1998 and 2020 advice on the risk of certain individuals with metallic implants is beyond the scope of the ICNIRP GUIDELINES. The UKHSA has not addressed the fact that there is a potential impact on people with medical devices. The court previously found that the authority’s failure to address potential impacts on medical implants was an error, as EMFs could interfere with the function of such implants reported via CaseMine: https://www.casemine.com/judgement/uk/663a735283075d3d98341c7b?

Cheltenham Council is now trying to overturn the judgement that the effects of wireless radiation on metal implants needs to be accounted for. Steven Thomas and his team are long-term campaigners, they are on a relentless mission to bring about justice for the UK as a whole.

The EM Radiation Research Trust are grateful to Steven Thomas and his team  and hope for a successful outcome. There is an urgent need to protect those who are most vulnerable.

Either way, this case will be a helpful in highlighting this important issue with insurers and shareholders.
