According to the November 2012 document, the Italian Supreme Court’s ruling is supported by a consistent body of evidence on the link between mobile phone microwave exposure and head tumor onset. Among other things, the ICEMS asserts that the ruling underlines the discrepancies between the low evidence of risk found by industry-funded studies and the higher evidence of risk found by independent studies.*
